A title, a time, a price, and your job is live on the map. Seekers nearby are notified the moment it appears, so the right person often finds you before you've put your phone down.
You're not charged when you post. The payment is only reserved shortly before the job begins, and released in full if the job doesn't happen. The full amount you'll pay, payout and fee included, is shown before you post.
Make it an Express job and the first seeker locks it in, or make it a matched job and choose from up to five applicants, with name, photo and rating visible. The contact button opens your phone's own messaging or the apps you already use, like WhatsApp.
Seekers can only start the job once they're within 200 metres of the location, so nobody can start your job from their couch. Both sides confirm the start and the finish, each with a 10 minute grace window of their own.
You confirm the finish on your side within a short window, which keeps payment moving and the process fair for everyone. Stripe handles the rest, and every job leaves a clean record in your history.
If your seeker never shows up, the job cancels automatically and your full payment is released back, with no chasing and no forms.
If a seeker cancels on you late, you're refunded automatically, and cancelling late costs them, which keeps everyone serious about commitments.
Name, photo and rating are visible before any work begins, and every seeker's track record is built from real completed jobs on Bounty.
Flag it once the job is completed and a real person looks into what happened and takes the appropriate action, with the job's full record already on file.
